Generate a table displaying all of a patient's ECG recording info

Use Case

When a user clicks on a patient name on the left hand side of the dashboard, a table should be populated on the bottom of the dashboard that lists information (time stamp, recording quality, diagnosis, and symptoms) for each ecg recording. A download button should also be available at the end of each row to allow for export of the raw ecg file.
