Clinicians should be able to log in to the dashboard in order to view the patient data. Only users designated as authorized in Firebase should be given login access. Other individuals should not be able to access the dashboard.

In order to limit access to admin users, we will need to create a cloud function that can assign a custom claim to the token for users who have been listed as admins in the firestore database. This process is explained in the tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hj_r_N0qMs
