Describe the bug
I've noticed that capes, even on users who do not have a cape & NPCs have the LabyMod cape exlusively.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. run the mod
  2. see a lot of LabyMod capes

Expected behavior
Either seeing no cape, or the cape that is supposed to show up

Type: null
IsAnimated: false
HasElytraTexture: true

Context (please complete the following information):

  • Minecraft version: [1.20.4 & 1.21.1]
  • Capes version: [1.5.4]
  • Mod list: [Search for YOM in modrinth]
  • Server: [Singleplayer, any Multiplayer server, tested on SlimeLabs.net]

Additional context
This could just be an issue with the LabyMod integration to the mod, but I haven't looked too deep into it. This issue kinda just popped up out of the blue & I can't really give a reason (on my end) to it's cause.

Same here, every NPC/Player has a LabyMod cape even if they haven't used one anywhere.

Running 1.5.4 on FO 6.2.0

disabling Capes mod temporarily fixed this issue

Alrighty, I've done a bit of digging;

  • This could be something caused by LabyMod itself; the capes mod calls in the LabyMod cape directly thru their API, so it could be something that LabyMod is now starting to overwrite on their end.

thats my theory atleast.
