Trojan virus in the zip?

I downloaded today, and Windows Defender detected there was a virus in the zip file. I did a few days ago on my PC and all was fine, so not sure. I use Avast on that machine, not Windows Defender...

Windows Defender is falsely flagging one of the executables and has been going on intermittently for a few months.
The file its flagging hasn't changed in a decade since before I took over the project, I thought I'd removed it to stop the issue.
Could be one of the other executable is now being flagged, which file is it complaining about?

Not sure, it just blocked the entire thing. Honestly, it's fine. As a workaround I just downloaded DATs I needed raw. Those other applications I wasn't interested in, just the XIView days. Avast would have caught something if it was anything nefarious and it didn't. Windows Defender will flag just about any EXE, it's maddening.
