Conflicting "latest release"

Trying to open a v2.3.6 file with old v1.5 says "Go to https://cedar.to/vjyQw7 to download the latest version!" Going there shows 2.3.5 as the latest version but it appears 2.3.6 is the latest here on GitHub. Is Google Drive missing v2.3.6 or is v2.3.6 not a released version?

The google drive is not up to date. I doubt it will be kept up to date long term. I honestly have no idea who owns that drive. We're working on getting a v2.4 out. That, and other future releases, will be hosted in GitHub like most releases in the Open Source world. So, v2.3.6 is the latest released version.
