Alter fields on bibliographical records

Some changes are needed in the structure of bibliographical records:

• Add fingerprint
• Add colation formula
• Separate physical description and format
• Add genre
• Add field that specifies if the record is about a copy or an edition
• Add role to contributor field
• Add role to publisher/printer field

Add role to publisher/printer field -> also (and more important): merge "bookseller" with this field.
