Copilot refreshed when clicking anywhere on app

I have embedded the copilot widget within an app, but when the user clicks anywhere in the app, the script gets reloaded and the widget is rerendered losing therefore the information it had.

Is there any simple way to workaround this? I know I could keep the copilot layers static, and render the "behind" app in an iframe so that it only updates partially.

Is there an alternative?
