Update ark-freeplay guide with new screenshots and corrected steps

- 13 steps now (was 11) — added Download/Stream button and downloading progress screens
- Updated version options text to match actual UI (Large Group Full Program, Midweek/Classroom, Large Group Abbreviated)
- New screenshots use different lesson series (I'm Part of God's Big Plan)
- Updated content providers screenshot showing expanded Lessons.church library
