A delete button needs to be added to PlanTypeEdit.tsx (or PlanTypeList.tsx), calling a DELETE /planTypes/{id} endpoint — assuming the API supports it. Worth checking whether the API has the delete endpoint wired up as well.

Make a plan try to delete it
