Automated sensor test on setup

Issue:
How do we know that the sensor we received from the manufacturer is functional and our device setup steps (loading the firmware?) were correctly done.

Proposal:
Create an automate suite of tests that can be run when we set up sensors to check it can successfully connect to the wifi, make and send a measurement. At the end of testing, the sensor resets to its clean-slate status, ready to be shipped.
