Describe the issue

The documentation section on Recovery After Complete Data Loss for replicated tables (e.g., ReplicatedReplacingMergeTree) is vague and lacks detailed steps, particularly for the alternative recovery option mentioned at the end.

please clarify this section, fully document the alternative recovery method, and even promote it as the primary option due to its simplicity and effectiveness.

Additional context

I encountered this issue while testing data directory deletion on a replicated node and found the guidance insufficient, requiring external assistance (AI) to resolve.
This section is critical and i think needs more clarification.
