Use a logger implementation, this may be able to be done through guice at runtime to inject the logger into created objects. This should be investigated further.

Possible solution is to use a system similar to the ObbyLang pipe system. Then use guice for dependency resolution. Possibly done via a bootstrapper class in the parser.
