Get subpaths fixes into main branch

Need to merge subpath fixes into the main branch and allow for deploying to support multiple customized games. This maybe could be done via env vars?

I d be nice to be able to specify a game logo to be displayed - it could be local in the phaser app to start. Ideally, it would be more dynamic and something we GET from the API service on /configuration... ...

Issue with focus switch/timeout in Chrome

It seems like Chrome will whitescreen occasionally (almost random - hard to recreate) when I switch tabs or desktops and come back to the game. I can t recreate on Safari, need to try some testing on Firefox. ...
