The booking should contain information/feedback/proof about the state of the room before or after. It could be a chat message

Exchanges about the booking between the commons hub and the booker should be stored when they are relevant to the booking process, like extra requirements, agreements. Could be free text to start with.

question

i dont understand what are attendance tiers.
why do we need to add "events". is it not more simple to stick to rooms and booking request and not get involved in what is that is going to be done in the room.

comments

the concept of a "Vouching member" : if you book a room as a commons hub member you need another member to accept your booking. this vouching member is going to be responsible to check that you pay and that you deliver the room in the same state as you received it.

booking_request: they should add a price and also a "payment type" with 3 options : euro , chtoken and contribution. the booking request should ask if the reservation includes food and drinks yes/no.
