Yes, FluentAssertions has updated their license: https://github.com/fluentassertions/fluentassertions?tab=License-1-ov-file#License-1-ov-file I confirmed we are not affected by the updated license because FluentAssertions is still free for non-commercial community use:

We all know that the .net MAUI Community Toolkit (MCT) is an open-source project. As such we are generally good when it comes to licensing. However, with the changes to FluentAssertions V8 and it requiring developer licenses (MCT community developers should be good), should we look to reduce the project dependency on external libraries and look to remove FluentAssertions?
See Clarification in rights and responsibilities under new license for a discussion on the new licensing.
I did a VERY quick and dirty check in the CommunityToolkit.Maui.UniTests project, and there are about 35 tests that would need to be adjusted). I would also be happy to take a go at removing FluentAssertions from the project and updating any/all tests.
As said, we are open-source, so should be good with the license, but....What are the community's thoughts on this?
