Current Behavior

** Windows only issue **
If you playback an .mp4 file 6 times it will fail to playback at all on 6 playback. This only applies to mp4 files and is not an issue for any other type. This does not apply to file urls that have mp4 or or local resource files with mp4. This is an issue that applies only to mp4 that are a remote url. Switching to a different file type or playing a local file or local resource after playing a remote url with an mp4 will prevent the issue. It is very strange behavior. After testing I discovered the behavior is the same in a playlist on windows. In the playlist it shows up after 3 video's have played and it happens 100 percent of the time. The playlist when checked is null for that entry when checked using event.

Expected Behavior

If you decide to playback an mp4 file and then another it should not fail to playback no matter how many times you decide to change the source url.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open Community toolkit sample app in windows
  2. Open MediaElement page.
  3. Change source 6 times and video will fail to playback. Make sure to use top choice. Anything other than top choice will not recreate issue.
