As RTP, show all Pools #21

It would be nice if we could see all pools in proxstar including the RTP, drink, and openshift pools. It would just give us a nice overview of all VMs when we happen to use proxstar instead of the proxmox interface.

I would as a result hope this makes giving access to the drink pool to drink admins possible

Right now it can show all pools, but pools like rtp and drink are purposely excluded as that's how we currently disable expirations.
