#10715 mapped out a way to potentially add downscore reasons to the peers api response that was added as part of ethereum/beacon-APIs#606
We ended up merging #10867 which didnt include downscore or disconnect reasons, as the downscore reasons available weren't really meaningful, but potentially with some recent changes we may be able to start providing meaningful downscore reasons.
It'd require maintaining a list of downscore reasons on each peer. This is a tracking issue as I'm planning on closing #10715, but want to remember to look again at the downscore reasons at some point.
