do you have .net 6 installed?

You need the .NET workload on Visual Studio. Run the Visual Studio Installer, and click Modify on your primary install:

Select ".NET desktop development".

Go to "Individual components", and make sure ".NET 6.0 Runtime" is selected. This is the version of .NET Cosmos requires.

Some versions of Microsoft visual studio suck and break cosmos try using 2022 17.14.8 with .net 6.0 this may help because i had a problem with newer versions where it would not show up in the menu maybe this is something to do with that? also try using devkit, userkit is no longer maintained apparently heres a tutorial i used for devkit: https://youtu.be/NhTb_Ck6Rfk you dont have to use this one its just the one i used. i think this should help.
