False FRC lock on screen

On Phoenix Tuner X 2025.3.2.0 FRC lock will show on next to the enable/disabled button but will show FRC lock is off in self test.
We took an Falcon 500 and plugged it into a CANivore and to a pdp, excluding the rio entirely.
Then factory resetting the motor to turn FRC lock off
then went to self test and refreshed, FRC lock was turned off but was still showing as on next to the enable/disable button on screen.
