The driver was originally written for an RPI, but but it uses SPI to talk to a hD44780. Assuming you have an HD44780 that listens for commands on an SPI port and you can connect it to the TPM SPI port, and that you are running Linux, it should work.
Interestingly, in my testing I discovered that the VT100 commands will work in most modern Linux terminal emulators.
Hi, I have an unused TPM spi header on my MSI A520 pro, can I use this software on this port? Is any modification needed? Thanks.
