Currently the tool relies on a pack to be on CF while lots of dev, Alpha/Beta, "Just for my mates" packs don't need to be on CF or have yet to make it there. Using a path to an export zip should be possible.
Kinda relates to #24 but for the headless folks that can't use CF App.
