I often have to travel between countries, some of which spoofing DNS queries. I wrote a small service in Rust that stores valid DNS responses to frequently visited resources and can serve them on port 53. Is it possible to use dnscrypt-proxy so that if DNS servers are unavailable or provide fake responses and no valid resolver can be reached, the request is proxied to a local service? Maybe with additional alarm in logs.
