As a team member, I want the downloadable DAC community file, map, and sidebar to reflect updated 2020+ Census tracts, so I have accurate, up-to-date information.

Task List:

• Downloadable File Update: Ensure the downloadable DAC community file includes all data reflecting 2020+ Census tracts.
• Map UI Update: Update map UI to reflect updated tracts and boundaries in the staging environment.
• Sidebar Update: Adjust sidebar data to match updated geographic boundaries and scoring.
• User Verification: Test that users can download the updated file and interact with the map/sidebar without data discrepancies.
• Error Handling: Implement checks for data alignment issues that could appear in the UI.
