SWFAC and TURFAC are integrated over small time steps to get a daily value in WATBAL_2D. But each plant routine already calculates it's own values based on daily EP and EOP. For now the values are calculated but not used. We might want to investigate using the values, but only when the 2D model is used. First need to compare the values from the 2D model and the daily value. How different are they?
