Manual frenzy vanished from right click menu

Issue Summary:

As the title says. You used to be able to shift-right click people (or objects) to be able to roll frenzy on them but that option has vanished. You can still frenzy by typing it into the command bar, but it's not the best method since it's more clunky and only shows people's adjectives, not guestbook names.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Spawn in as a werewolf (or vampire, presumably it's a similar situation since it's the same system)
2. Shift-Right Click someone
3. See the option being missing
