Describe the goal of the feature
The CockroachDB active record adapter inherits mostly from the Postgres adapter and the current dd-trace gem does trace these queries however it is not being tagged with a span kind of client meaning it is not generating APM metrics like a native Postgres integration would.
I would love to contribute and help out if I could figure out why the Cockroach adapter isn't getting tagged but the Postgres one is 🤔
Is your feature request related to a problem?
I'm unable to view aggregate information on my database in Datadog despite being able to see it in the APM live view.
