Newsletter folder is located here: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/162RxlB-rPcENvvIno196kp7cAPfOaSXn. Typically I copy the folder for the previous issue, delete the content of the 'contents' and 'images' folders and edit the copy there. The format has changed a little issue to issue to allow for different size boxes etc so you may look at any indd file for reference.
