fix repository links on web

We got a report from slack of broken links on the website that need to be fixed:

I noticed the current member repositories page has a bunch of broken links. For example, the PANGAEA homepage link has an extra space at the end, so it leads to a 404 page. And the homepage icon under NOAA NCEI Environmental Data Archive isn’t actually a link at all.

I replied that we would look into it and get them fixed.

Fixed typos in MN file list in sha 277940a44 -- waiting for Hugo build to complete.

I just went in to look at these two examples and they seem to have been fixed.

Checked all links. The following homepage links have errors:

• MetaGRIL
• NEON
• NRDC
• ONEShare
• SANParks
• SEAD
• TFRI

In addition, links to the replication nodes direct to a login requirement

Thanks, @aebudden The member node links are easy to update, as they are all just in a data file in yaml format here: https://github.com/DataONEorg/dataone-web/blob/main/data/membernodes.yaml I fixed the clear typos (extra spaces) in the homepage entries, but I did not check if each of those was the right site. Feel free to make changes to the canonical link for each member if you know of a better link.

Couldn't find links for NRDC and ONEShare. Worth discussing the status of these repositories? Also, might be beneficial to remove the replication repository links?
