Description

tstamp = datetime.datetime.strptime(tstamp, "%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S.%fZ")

Seeing exception in /var/log/dataone/identifier_es/application.log:

A simple fix is to catch the error and try a fallback time pattern.
