Please check over all of the "extensions"/ external libraries installed as these repositories are constantly being updated, and the current pinokio implementation has hard-coded the "fixes" using patch files, and provides prebuilt wheels that need to be rebuilt:

Pulled the last update from Trellis a while ago and tested it.
Cumesh wheel is newer than the last update from the reop.
Only thing I could consider is building flex_gem again.

Yes, but I still have the patch files being used when installing, which would be dated now that CuMesh or FlexGEMM has changed their code

If I see it right, all setup.py and the pyproject.toml patch shouldn't be needed anymore since the wheels are precompiled? Or do they include blackwell linux fixes too? Haven't seen something according to it on first glance.
Not sure about the other patches.
I can see that I create a new flex_gem wheel as soon as I get a chance.
Not sure if the broken meshes and randomly occurrent stripes in maps and meshes are related to the patches or are a problem of the trellis2 project. At least the stripes are pretty rare and I was able to fix the mesh problem. (meshes only showed up in the UI, but import to a native windows or linux 3D viewer failed due to faces with length 0)
I think it would be ideal not to rely on patches anymore if possible.
