Strange behaviour #17
Description
I have two apps on two different devices. One of them is broadcasting and the other is scanning.
When they are both in the background and i start broadcasting (the start broadcasting initiates in background based on a trigger) the other device does not detect the device. If I bring either of the two devices in the foreground then it immediately finds the broadcasting device.
Is this normal behaviour or I am missing something?
