Protocol's TVL is missing on Stellar chain page

Hi DefiLlama!
I noticed that on the blockchain page TVL on Allbridge is missing

But if I check protocol's page it has TVL on this blockchain. Why didn't it appear on the blockchain page?

I can see that it's intended behaviour to not display bridges TVL on chain pages. The condition was introduced in DefiLlama/defillama-app@fc7d80d26 by @mintdart with the message "include bridge protocols on home page", but it actually added logic to hide bridge TVL. I'm curious, what is the logic behind this?
