Improvement Description
For simulation of NBS, supporting a flow threshold for overland flow is a requirement (especially once the reinfilration is finished). This would mean that the user can set a threshold (e.g. 2mm), and as long as water levels are below this threshold, there is no flow allowed to downstream cells.
This flow threshold is already a numerical setting for the local_intertial solution, but would be nice to support this also for kinematic_wave and the allow for spatially values.
