Wrong message displayed when creating a new License

Current Behavior

After I added a new License in Dependency Track, a small pop-up appears, indicating "Project Created".
I've not created a project, but a license.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to "Licenses"
2. Add a new License
3. Wait for the pop-up

Expected Behavior

The message should state "License created"

I plan to update the frontend message from “Project Created” to “License created” and test it on the specified version.
