design survey builder and survey preview

Hello !

I've discovered surveyjs.com lately and what I searched for immediately was a way to integrate it using beautiful shadcn ui components but I found it nowhere !

Then I looked after a form-builder using shadcn and here we are !

I wondered if you would make it possible for us to collaborate and build the survey together I would really appreciate to learn from you and build some good recipe in one strike.

I'm a junior frontend developer and I think this is really a good project !

This project is initially born to play with TanStack Form but if you have an idea or direction and want to push there, we can give it a try :D

What was your plan? We can also have a chat on discord to define the details ;)

I was looking for a form builder that implemented shadcn/ui component that's how I discovered this project 😊😊
So i want to collaborate to this !

The idea was to take after the surveyjs creator, which is not free of use and based on their core implement as far as they did.

But I just understand that your project is also an alternative
