Polymer elements appear x2 times

Hello Folks,
I installed meteor and on the top I used bower and through bower I install Polymer and different elements.My issue every element appears x2 times. Also i took some screenshots.Also i figured out the problem is the meteor is rendering the template twice and i do not know why.

Any Ideas suggestion will be appreciated , thank you in advance guys :)
