imports.html error

I use Meteor 1.2.1 on Windows10.
First I updated the version of project as it said:
meteor update --release METEOR@1.2.1
When I start meteor this error is shown:
`=> Started proxy.
=> Started MongoDB.
=> Errors prevented startup:

While processing files with templating (for target web.browser):
client/templates/layout/imports.html:2: Expected one of: , ,

While processing files with templating (for target web.cordova):
client/templates/layout/imports.html:2: Expected one of: , ,

=> Your application has errors. Waiting for file change.`

It really has to do with their vulcanize package not working. This project has it working:
