RGB only lights not respecting automatic circadian lighting

Lights that properly have color_temp modes are respecting lighting. Lights that do not have a color temp, but do have rgb, are still able to be set to a target color temp via service calls though

Setting a scene will update the temp of the light, but in between scene the activations, the temp is not being maintained
