[BUG]: Duplicate close button (×) on Transaction Detail modal

Bug Description

The transaction detail card/modal renders two overlapping "x" close buttons in the top-right corner (see screenshot).

Steps to Reproduce

Go to /transactions
Click on any transaction row (RISK) to open the detail card
Observe two "x" buttons stacked in the top-right corner
