Filtering Not Working

I have the page loaded correctly, in my form, but its not filtering. Is filtering broken? I even have it stored statically in a field so I now Filtering working correctly on the report elsewhere:

Which works, but when it loads into the Tab, its not the correct Record.

The problem occurs when you have only digits in the string field and it's limitation on the control itself

So whats the fix? I should convert the SiteID in Dynamics to a Number field?
