Updates needed

1. The reflection image can be update with a real Windows 7 SP1 reflection image extracted from the visual style.
2. Compared to the real Windows 7 start menu and the search category headers should use a bigger font.
3. The glare on the user image doesn't seem quite right.
4. Reflections should be enabled by default. (Not enabling the side taskbar option by default because many people have their taskbar on the bottom.)
5. About text should be updated to reflect that it works on all Open-Shell versions starting from 4.4.153 as that was when the 120_DPI option that this skin uses was added.

1: will be fixed once I get around to updating the GitHub repo
2: Not planned since limitations in Open-Shell apply this to the jumplist headers too and we don't want that.
3: I got the original user bitmaps from Windows 7. Currently experimenting with the updated glaring.
4: Not planned as reflections being disabled by default is for performance.
