Review EJP-RD VP architecture

As an ERDERA coordinator,
I want the RD-VP to be up-to-date to the latest developments from EJP-RD,
So that the work on ERDERA can progress properly.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Criteria 1: All elements of the EJP-RD VP have been checked.
• Criteria 2: The developments from EJP-RD (e.g., FDP, VP Index, Beacon2) are properly represented in the architecture.

Definition of Done:

• All acceptance criteria are met.
• Architecture diagrams are reviewed and approved.
• Documentation is updated, if applicable.
• Architecture (diagrams and documentation) is deployed to ERDERA's GitHub.
