changes to config-developer.yml file for new experiment data from a project

This is a request to make necessary changes to the config-developer file to allow users on CEDA-JASMIN to be able to read data from the TerraFIRMA project. This is CMOR-ized data and users would like to use the esmvaltool module on JASMIN with this data.

Example of data directory:

/gws/nopw/j04/terrafirma/overshoot/ZE-Up-2p0/r1i1p1f1/ap6/day/pr/

example of file:
pr_day_eUKESM1-1-ice-N96ORCA1_ZEUp-2p0_r1i1p1f1_gn_19440101-19491230.nc

Hi @valeriupredoi - I seem to be having issues with mamba and unable to install ESMValCore. If you can open a PR, please do so.

@valeriupredoi - just checking if this is something that has to be done before the code freeze or if some flexibility is possible (timewise) if this can be incorporated in JASMIN independent of the release. Just asking so I can take a few days more to start the PR and proceed with this. The reason I ask is that others working on the TerraFIRMA project may need to use this data over the next weeks. I can do this before they start using ESMValTool but need to know if I should prioritize for before the code freeze. Thanks!

Not urgent wrt code freeze, I have full control over the JASMIN install, and can pop it there at any time, for all users there - can even be a dev branch, not even merged in main🍺
