Description

The OSCAL community produces a lot of content (include writeups, videos, and other resources) that may be interesting to those hoping to learn more about OSCAL. These would be great to feature links to from OSCAL.io.

Additional Notes

This could be implemented as a blog or "resources" section of the site. We would want to follow a similar pattern for suggesting edits as any plans for tools/events.

The plan is to implement this using a blog-like functionality, generally treating these as posts. This will allow community-authored posts as well as updates and news with some analysis/summarization.
