Info files are not saved with keyword refresh_info

I am running the `ps_wrapper` script using UVF inputs. Info files are not saved when I run the following command:
```ps_wrapper, "/path/to/fhd_version_name", "obsid", /png, /plot_kpar_power, /uvf_input, pol_inc=["xx"], /refresh_info```
However, the info files are created when I remove the `refresh_info` keyword.
