[BUG] I cant build the deadeye in campain

Platform: Android

Build: 146

Issue: I can see the deadeye in the research menu(and successfully research it) perfectly fine, but when i to to build it, it doesn't show up(in the campaign) i can see it in the build menu when im in a custom map.

Steps to reproduce: I researched the deadeye, but cant build it(doesnt show up)
