List view
`getContent()` should return all the information needed to support the Hub app's data content view. This view shows a live map of a feature layer along with metadata about the layer including attribues, etc. `getContent()` will need to return the properties that we already index for feature layers (i.e. `server`, `fields`, etc), which will require additional fetches in an enterprise portal environment. The Data Content View will also eventually support imagery and other types layers, and we should return the same properties that we index for those as well.
