Suggestion, Open in the same tab instead open a new one

Will be awesome if cant avoid opening a new tab in firefox
and just use the same tab with delay, opening the next link
again and again in the same tab, for big lists firefox becomes
unresponsive because the amount of open tabs in big list,
just a suggestion, thank you for such a great plug in!

Hi, I don't think this is currently possible but I will look into it.
