Restrict Python versions of certain experiments

Problem

Some experiments in this extension require higher versions than 3.6, but that should not mean all experiments should be restricted to the higher version.

Ideal Solution

A simple function that is run at the top of every file checking if the required python version is satisfied, otherwise raising an error.
